I can't do it. If I can't ride outside, I fall back to weight training/resistance bands, exercise videos and if possible, walking and hiking. To me, riding a "cycle" indoors is like kissing your sister...

No offense meant to anyone who rides trainers or Swift or stationary bikes, just not for me.
