i find riding to video quite boring quickly - i guess maybe i can't trick my body/mind as well as you can.....Zwift has been a game changer for indoor riding - game changer. I even often prefer to jump onto the kickr/Zwift rather than ride outdoors.
i've tried numerous trainer softwares.....trust me nothing comes close to Zwift for productive, fun (yes ! indoor can be fun) and addictive also.
