How about this picture from right after my ride? Missed this beauty by about an inch as I turned into the road I live on at high speed. There's been a construction company tearing up the area all summer long and they are leaving these little surprises all over. On the roads, the shoulders, the bike path, etc. This was a new one that wasn't there yesterday. I shudder to think what would have happened if my front had hit that as fast as I was going and with the lean I had going into the turn.
