Three VO2 max workouts in a week, yeesh. I aim for a similar amount of time in zone and am currently only doing them 1x/week. On the trainer too! I've produced some decent VO2 efforts in Watopia going for Titan's and the like, but man that sounds tough. Are you doing erg mode? TR? Free riding in Zwift? Do you adjust power relative to what you'd do outside?
