Interesting. I’m far from being an athletic powerhouse, but I’ve made it a point over the past 5 or so years to get back into shape and as I head in to my mid-40s, I haven’t been this fit since college. I’m certainly in better shape now than my late-30s. I guess I can thank the pandemic for that. I will say it’s a constant challenge to make time to get proper training in, but it makes it that much more gratifying when I have a great workout (on bike or off).
