Thanks for the replies. I’m a senior by more than just a few years. Statistics don’t matter that much to me. I just wanted something other than my old roller to ride with from Dec to Mar/April. I wrestled with going direct drive vs on-wheel for a week, but ended up with the Wahoo Kickr Snap because given dollars vs capability, it works for me. The fast majority of rides during the winter are simple and casual. But… thanks for your inputs. I asked myself the same question often. BTW, with the thru axle adapters available thru Wahoo, I’m fine compatibility wise. Ride safe.
