It’s funny. The people I see living out of caravans are doing it in 2 million dollar motor homes and towing vehicles behind them. Not sure it has the same vibe as what you describe.

we’ve been on the road two weeks. Feeling ready to get home tomorrow. In a hotel tonight. It was 25 last night, but the heaters did a good job.

I used to want a van, but if you want to do stuff you need to break everything down and drive your bed around. This way we unhitch and life is pretty normal. So far it’s a pretty good thing. But we haven’t left the east coast yet. Still we’ll be away every month oct-aprl.
