Flexeril is magic stuff. At least it was the last time I threw my back out. After getting out of whack when I got hit by a car this year, meloxicam is doing great stuff as well (for a lesser, but nagging) pain. Dry needling from the physical therapist did wonders for my back too. Felt weird (especially with the electricity up to max forcing me to do pelvic thrusts into the table in public), but it definitely got me on the right track.
