At his memorial service at the school one of the teachers played Turn! Turn! Turn! The school planted an apple tree in his memory. Some of his classmates mixed some of his ashes into the soil at the base of the tree. It was really sad.
When I was in second or third grade a classmate died of leukemia. A few years ago during a ride I stopped at the cemetery and tried to find her gravestone. I didn't see it.
