Ones which fit. Summer jerseys need to touch your skin to wick, and thermal ones need to be close to prevent air movement inside.
Start with the manufacturers' size charts including chest, waist (natural not pants, measured around your smallest circumference), and length measurements. Note the different fits which may go beyond club and race fit. Adjust based on experience.
