Yesterday was 2x20' at threshold. The first went okay; the second was going okay until I convinced myself that I needed a break halfway, backed off and realized I didn't need that break and recommenced. I need to dropkick the bad angel on my shoulder telling me that stuff.
Current FTP is 250, time at intensity averaged 248, so it did kinda hurt.
Today was three hours at endurance pace. IF was .71, so it was a solid endurance ride, but my butt was dragging. Glad tomorrow is a recovery day.
