Our training needs are all different, but I definitely wouldn't say that. For balance, yes the rollers have it, but my trainer workouts are 100% track focused and they are definitely a solid core workout. The biggest shortfall of rollers is the inability for out of the saddle work. Some talented individuals can do it and hats off to them, but most can't and that is a big part of my training.
