1) Didn't happen. Never really focussed on FTP this year. Early work travel cut into progress.
2) Sort of happened. Weight stayed pretty stable, BF dropped, but not down to the 12% goal.
- I'm not sure 4W/kg and 12% BF are compatible with my lifestyle. I have troubles eating enough to fuel my workouts when I focus too much on weight.
3) Didn't try. I was the organizer for our local TT, so I didn't race. I also sold the TT bike, so big penalty there.
