That's a beautiful bicycle. In Canada and the USA, the Olympic was an upper entry level model. Our equivalent, top of the line Nishiki bicycle during this era was the Superbe, named after SunTour Superbe deralleurs it used. The frames are the same, except for the seat tube decals and amount of chrome plating, which is easily explained as importer/market preference, along with the difference in component selection. Shimano, established a presence in Europe as soon as they had developed their professional level Dura-Ace components by opening the European headquarters in the Nethrelands in June 1972 and supplying the Belgian based Flandria team in 1973. Edit: Everything looks era correct, with the exception of the saddle, pedals and the expected consumables.
