I am doing a similar project on a Pinarello Catena Luso. I purchased the decals on Velocals and bought a can of clear from spray bike.com. My bike has the Italian ice tricolor paint job, oxidized but in good shape so I don’t want to respray it.
Velocals has the individual decals and sets. I had the best luck ordering individual decals as a group.
