Sunday back workout, 4x9 at ~104ish with 2' RBI and 44' sweet spot, except with all the traffic it was more over under.
Took 2 days rest cuz we saw K.Flay Monday night in the tiny bar/venue next door.
Today hit legs in the gym (back squats, rack pulls, barbell hack squats), then went out for some hill sprints. Sprint power was a few hundred watts better than last time, but Im hitting peak power at fairly low rpm (relative to the ~110 or so I'm used to hitting peak power).
