I am guessing the answer will be “use the better kit for longer rides and problem one on short”.

I have three used San Remos now, well one of three is a different brand.

One of the Castelli ones is the model before the bib fix where if would chaff your belly. Other than a pound of Chamois Buttr, just ride the older one on shorter less sweaty days?

Or anyone have a “hack” for that? I like them otherwise.
