Use a good spoke wrench. The cheap ones will round nipples far more easily.
I've got the
Park Tool SW-9 Double Ended Spoke Wrench on the way, along with a
Park Tool Bsh-4 Bladed Spoke Holder to try to avoid winding the bladed spokes up. (Unfortunately I ordered that before I saw CX's advice to get the DTSwiss one.)
