There's no point in trying to tighten the lock ring unless you have a
spacer for that freewheel to reassemble it. you need to remove the whole freewheel and replace the whole unit with another freewheel. it should not be difficult to find a replacement, and they are cheap. the cogs will never get tight because they are missing a spacer.
