Like was already said, welcome aboard. He put the screws back in as we can see in the pic. My kid has a Chimo that we built up for him after his Raleigh SC was stolen off the front of a bus. We built that one too, oh well.

Those screws are part of modern day Japanese overkill, they are supposed to keep the rotor, wheel and hub from squirming around too, I've never broken anything getting them off but they are a minor pita to be sure.
