Pants inseam is the length of the garment, bicycle inseam is your body's actual inseam, which is a little bit longer. Check out the video below. I have a 36 inch bicycle inseam and ride a size 58 2021 Domane SL5 with the seat mast (post) almost fully extended, so I think you'll be fine with a size 60 if your bicycle inseam is around the 34.5 - 37 inch mark.
