A friend of mine (Kevin Martin, aka K-Mart) has a personal policy of not riding when the temperature is less than his age. For me, the K-Mart Line is 53. I don't like riding below my K-Mart Line, but I will on on occasion.
Before the New Year's while riding around Rose Bowl, I saw one female runner doing her laps in just a sports bra and butt-hugger shorts! I wasn't sure if I should look or gasp at how cold I'd be in that outfit!
