Supersonics are nice. Silca latex are good.

Continental Race lites at $10 are pretty good, too.

Standard Conti tubes weigh 143 grams and have a lot of rolling resistance and are not "good" aside from being very heavy

Throwing them away is lazy and socially irresponsible, irrespective of price
