unfortunately, i have no experience with 11 or 12 spd technology. in short, i can't advise you the derailleur. sorry. anything before that, i can help..lol. someone here will be able to, though. you might try over in the bicycle mechanics subforum, too. the folks that frequent there deal mostly with modern equipment
