I would think if you're feeling good then you should be able to get back to it, at least at an easy pace and shorter duration basis. I have always over done it after being sick for fear of losing too much and have given myself relapses and other problems. You can irritate your heart if you are still sick. I've dealt with chronic bronchitis and asthma and a couple years ago they told me I have COPD. I'm better at giving advice than taking it.
