Road the quarantine TT from last weekend with a different bike, aero wheels, race tires, skin suit, and a better position (shoulders tucked in, elbows dropped and tucked while on the hoods vs riding in the drops). Improved 1.6 mph over 9.2 miles, with 20w less! I think the 165mm cranks are going to help a lot in this new position, my knees were all up in my chest and my legs were working just getting my feet over the top of the pedal stroke.
