The helmet sits kind of high, at least on my head. It doesn't interfere with glasses even back at the ears. About the only thing I have noted so far is that while the magnets are secure, it does not take a lot to remove the visor. I noticed this while riding in the rain - I attempted to wipe the visor and pressing on it caused it to come off the mounts. I got it back on quickly/easily enough but there is a small learning curve (and a tense moment when I had a loose visor resting on my forearm while riding about 20 kph). Also, with the visor inverted it does block the primary air vents so you are not likely to want it in that position very long unless it's cold out.
