I remember a conversation with another cyclist, who said sadly that now that we're getting older, we won't be getting PRs on Strava anymore. But I think he had underestimated just how out of shape I was. Here I am, 65 years old, faster than I've been since my 40s, and all because I was a fat lazy slob for 20 years.
