I dont have a recommendation but a cautionary tale. I changed from frogs to platforms on my fixie and found the platforms caught the pavement in a fast corner, losing skin is never fun. Todays platforms are huge compared to cleats and significantly reduce your turn angles especially the style with the allen heads on the peripheral. I immediately put the frogs back on, no more platforms for me. Try to buy smaller platforms if possible and check your turn angles with your pedals close to the pavement. Have Fun
