That compression bumper/elastomer looks in pretty good shape compared to what mine looked like when I pulled them out. Both were noodly and compressed looking and one was crumbling apart.
Mine were also charcoal gray. The replacements were red and black. I kinda recall another rebuild kit that came with purple elastomers but am not 100% on it.
Without pulling my fork apart to compare, I really can’t say whether or not you’re missing parts. But I think it’s possible someone fiddled with that fork prior to you getting ahold of it.
Maybe someone screwed up something along the way?
