Definitely a dent, not a simple ding. But I think it could be rolled with blocks pretty easily. Doesn't look that deep. And with the red detail elsewhere, like on the fork, one could just paint that area the same. If the wheelset's good, this could still be in the money for $100-200 for the right buyer.
