OK, measured the Vitus 979. It's actually a 47cm C-C seat tube, 51cm C-C TT, 75cm standover.

The last pic shows what I consider to be the only real flaw with the bike, that the anodizing has faded except where the decals were. The decals were removed by the previous owner. Decals can be found on ebay for under $50.
It's frame, fork, Stronglight headset, and Super Record seatpost only. The seatpost binder grub screw has chewed up the post a bit, but it still fixes securely.
I'm not concerned about your frames paint, as a good friend of mine is a well-known frame painter (and my daughter wants a pink bike). However, I'd be interested in better pics to ensure that there isn't anything really bad going on.
