Check to see of the wheels will accept n 11 speed cassette. Else it's a moot point on that wheel, unless you can get a local shop to swap to an 11spd compatible hub.
Edit: Then you need somebodies 1X crank with what is known as a “narrow/wide” chainring, plus bottom bracket. Then an 11 spd. rear shifter, 11 spd. cassette and chain.
