My right shoulder is shot. Hate it because I miss weight training but cycling is easy on my shoulder. Yes I should go to the doctor then get sent right to PT. Not saying PT doesn’t work but I do PT by default just keeping up my place. If I seek medical I want surgery ASAP and get it fixed. Not stuck in PT because you end up under the knife anyways.
