I think it's a cool bike and would be well worth restoring if you enjoy restoring things. @
randyjawa is right, you wouldn't be able to sell it for anything near what it would cost you to restore. You'd basically be paying for the experience of having done it and the satisfaction of saving a cool old bike.
If you don't want to do anything with it, I'd try to find a new home for it. You might be able to sell it for a few bucks. You might have to give it away. Either way, you can probably find someone who wants to keep it out of the landfill.
