I am sorry about the pain you have. I have noticed since passing 65 that I am rarely “pain free” . Mine is very minor and usually responds well to stretching and exercise. I ride a lot and love it as it helps me de stress . However, I am lucky not to have pain or discomfort while riding. In a couple of months I will be able to ride even more as I trim my work load a bit. Being self employed is nice in that I can take a mid day ride now and then during the week. I take a longer ride almost every Sunday. I walk about 2 miles at a quick pace every weekday morning around my shop area.
