Bianchis are always weird in that respect.
i don’t know what it is but judging them by head tube always confounds me and they are smaller than they appear... maybe a longer head tube...weird geometric slight of hand. I don’t know...
but I sized one that for sure I thought was a 58 and it was a 56 as stated.
Every other company seems to fit my eyeball test.
