Potatoes. I'd miss those. I once read a column in Bon Appetit, where the writer talked about a poor truffle harvest and people were saying "What if there were no truffles?". She said, that would be tragic, but survivable. But no potatoes? That would be existential.
Hell, it's what drove my great, great grandparents out of The Old Country.
