In the online communities I follow, the following two models get recommended all the time:
1) Hunt 4 Season Gravel Disc (1589g, 24deep, 24wide)
2) DT Swiss Gr-1600 Spline
I went for the former and could not be happier with the wheelset. A noticeable upgrade from the stock WTB wheels in every way.
