Height of the seat is determined by your inside leg measurement. Set back is determined by the length of your arms and torso.
Campagnolo does not make very long seatposts. The rationale being the frame should be right for you and the setback, stem length and seatpost are adjusted to fine tune a frame suitable for your body shape.
