I've done Ventoux 3 times on zwift, although I can't really say I "did" it because I was doing ERG mode with trainerroad, so it's not like i'm actually feeling the pain of the simulated gradients. Yesterday was my PR at 1:26:40 while doing 15min intervals at 90%, so I had about 12mins of z1 and 75mins of actual work. I keep telling myself I need to try and just ride Alpe and Ventoux on sim mode so I can actually feel the climbing, someday I'll get around to it!
