When the weather's bad, I run on a treadmill at the gym. I'm guessing it's the same for those cyclists who ride zwift instead of riding their bike outside.

If the weather's good, I'll park in front of the gym and run outside. After the run, I'll go in and do core work, or a yoga class, whatever's on the schedule that day. Finish up with a swim, shower and head home.

Same for the bike. Weather's good, ride outside. Weather's bad, stationary bike or cycling class at gym.
