After not liking the fit of some cheaper brands, I find myself not wanting to waste my money and stick to the brands that have nice features, wick sweat well, and fit well. I had two Performance ones but they did not wick near as well as the others, I do not hand wash but I use Rapha, Assos, a couple of Specialized, and Castelli. I have a few so I just rotate them and have given up trying the cheaper ones, I use unscented detergent, hang dry, and they seem to last a while. I'm not riding a ton but prob 3,500-4,000 miles with road and MTB combined by year-end. With a toddler, I am super fortunate to get that much.
