Having to up my FTP 10 points is pretty damn intimidating but I was able to power through a 3 hour trainer workout just fine.
Did a gravel group ride on Saturday; they've all been at it for years and descend almost as fast as road so yeah... I got dropped on a descent (I took a wrong turn and lost them). I did buy 38mm tires cus I was rolling 30mm's and they all had 38-42mm (evidently that makes it easier).
