Thought I'd share my recent experience. I wanted to buy 6 cassette cogs from Bikeinn and the shipping was almost $60. I used their inquiry form to ask about the shipping cost and got a robo reply offering a 5% discount and another opportunity to repeat my question via email. Second email response was a straight robo blow off and directions to repeat my inquiry a third time to a dead or miss directed link. So don't think anyone's home right now, but theoretically its any easy 5% discount for asking "how's the weather is over there?" or "are red canoes faster than green canoes?"
