There's Sundial in the SF valley (Sun Valley). I know they've done at least a few bikes, but I haven't seen one so I can't vouch for them for frames specifically. They do well with furniture.
Also, Plating Plus (?) in Orange. No experience with these guys, but I know they are there.
I'm sure there's quite a few more. Not everyone is very good.
