Hugh, if your buddy has two frames, it might be cost effective to ship the frames to someone, since he'd be amortizing the cost of shipping. You've seen my Groody Brothers powder coats. Mark Rainey there does a great job for a very reasonable price. Shop them against what he can get locally.
