3x20' last night. Haven't done any focused threshold work in a while, and as such, these sucked. Heart rate was lower than expected for the exertion, did them in ERG mode on the trainer and had to partially lower the target (moving between 260 and 270 depending on how I felt at the moment). Averaged 268, 266, and 266. Hoping it comes back soon and that the (somewhat sporadic) vo2 and higher intensity work lifts my ceiling a little bit.
Also, I'm really digging intervals.icu. I might start using this instead of trainingpeaks, and am considering donating as well.
