Looks like 1974 or 1975. I have one of the green and white versions, but I lucked out with the upgraded Stronglight 93 crankset. Great ride and shockingly light too. Mine weighed in (after ditching the Atom 440 pedals for Olympics from Spain and Suntour Cyclone derailleurs for that Huret Challenger set) at less than 24lbs!
