Just kidding, I wanted to highlight that you're probably the only actual medical doctor on this thread.
I'm definitely NOT a doctor, and my RHR varies from 42 during the riding season, to 58 in the winter. Maybe some denizens here ride equally year-around, so the distinction doesn't matter. As I sit here at my desk at work, I'm at 54. That's my 'sitting' HR, not my 'resting' HR.,
